WHAT IS CRM?

Many of you are interested in understanding better what CRM is, which when used makes customers more and more close. Why CRM? How does using CRM help businesses? In the world, CRM is a trend, so in Vietnam, are there many companies interested in using CRM software for customer care management?

Customers: Are consumers of goods and services in general. Customers have the ability to choose between different products and suppliers.

Business relationship: The company's activities with partners or with customers to perform reciprocal transactions. The process of many times of interaction helps the seller understand the requirements of the customer, evaluate the potential customer. Helps increase sales and exchange opportunities, thereby forming stronger business relationships.

Management: is the activity of the company that engages with customers on purpose. These interactions are built into large modules to help capture and solve customer needs. Customers are the center, all activities of the company are built towards that subject.

a. Lead management: Leads for staff to record lead information, follow up and evaluate leads.

b. Lead Allocation: Plan assignment to distribute the prospect from one employee to another. The Employee List that appears depends on the user's rank, the user at which level will see the list of employees and all the subordinates to allocate.

c. Manage employee activities with customers: The activity function allows users to schedule tasks based on defined activity types such as: appointment scheduling, events, meeting customers, customer care, etc…

d. Management of allocation history of customer plans: Used to save changes when leads are allocated from employees.
